Dr. Jeff Banas is a Chiropractic Sports Physician, who has been involved in sports medicine for 29 years. Dr. Banas is originally from Flint, MI.
Dr. Banas went to undergraduate school at Central Michigan University and then graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 1993. In addition to being a Sports Chiropractor, Dr. Banas also has a BS in Human Biology, is certified in clinical acupuncture, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Dr. Jeff has competed in 9 Ironman Triathlons, the World's Toughest Mudder 24hr Obstacle Race, GORUCK Tough, Train To Hunt, Escape from Alcatraz triathlon, and numerous other endurance events.
He uses his sports medicine knowledge and personal experiences to deliver cutting-edge modalities and methods for injury recovery, maximizing performance, fat loss, digestion, brain, sleep, and hormone optimization.
